YomaBarr ...and this sigh of relief: ooffff... IR didn't fail. Still the same feeling I had hearing them for the first time. Or more.
I don't know how they do this but if there was one death metal album I could take to the island it would be one of theirs. They capture the essence. And this one is even more. More of everything. Write the will before listening.

SkyPanda I love this band's previous releases so much, which is why I am so surprised they topped those with this. Heavy, loud, and pure awesomeness! My favorite release this week! AOTY material for sure. Already listened to it 3 times today haha

Sugammadex The Boys from down-under again pushing death metal far beyond the sonic spectrum and into an ego-devouring, synesthetic cacophony. Dare I say this is their best (and perhaps their clearest) album. Impetuous Ritual and Portal are brushing the upper limits of musical extremity.

Witnere This album set new boundaries. its deep in the bass drum, bass tone metls with it. The solos are rusted and sharp.

The closure riff is a total annihilation of the self.

Verbalist of pure carnage through frequencies.

this is a fuckin absolute banger of an album. There is something brutally beautiful about mixing melodic guitar riffs with harsh screaming voices from the swamplands. There is also something in their music that reminds me of the greatest band ever made: DEATH! For me the sound of Death is something that no band has ever come close to match.
